In
a nut shell can you describe the purpose of this site?
Yes, of course. The Garden site has two main purposes. The first
is to be a place where anyone can offer their visions for an ideal
world (plant your seed). Unfortunately most of our attention is
on the distress of our global community, the Garden is a place to
share and reinforce the beauty and goodness that we want to create
and the good actions we can share in. The second purpose is to share
messages from native peoples about ways to reestablish balance and
harmony.
There is lots of detail on the site and on the Book
and DVD list (in the actions area) you’ll find some great
works that speak about how we can manifest health and harmony within
ourselves and for our global community.
What
is a prayer seed?
A Prayer Seed is a simple thought, a desire for something you
wish to flourish in the world. It can be something general like
enough clean water for all who need it or specific like good health.
You may see some prayer seeds cover many concerns and some are
only about one, some may be a simple request and some sound like
poetry. More important than any wording is the vision of your
seed.
So
much change is needed how do I choose what to create a seed prayer
for?
You already do it. Everyday we all see things we’d like
to become better. Each of us is filled with wishes for good outcomes
and if we take just a little time to make a clear thought of it
and hold it with the feeling in our heart and give it to the Creator
it is a prayer
How
often should I plant a seed prayer on the garden site?
Plant seeds as often as you like, especially when you want the
prayer to be energized by others. Consider using the natural cycles
of the Earth, plant a seed with moon cycles or seasons. You have
your own garden within your heart, so there plant them daily.
You don’t have to wait for special times, the moment it
comes to you is the moment to do it. Turn the loving energy of
your seeds over to the Creator.
Why
do you say turn the prayer seed over to the Creator?
I believe this to be the most important aspect of prayer. The
Creator knows the best outcome for all and will take our loving
energies and create the healing and balance that is needed. We’ve
all heard it many times as Thy will, not my will.
Why
would posting prayers help?
When we set our intentions and write them or speak them, the vibratory
pattern for that desire is released into ethereal space. Each
thought, each molecule has its own signature. The more often we
repeat a prayer or thought the stronger it will become. This too
is why we must take care in what we say about others. As elders
say, take care what we put on the wind. The more voices calling
out an intention will compound and multiply the call.
Is there a fee for posting
prayer seeds?
No there is no monetary cost to you. Your love and energy in your
prayers is your gifting to this prayer village. Of course too
we welcome your passing on the Luminous Garden site to your friends.
How can I add my luminous seeds to the site if
I do not have regular access to the internet?
If you are unable to visit the site or return to the Garden page
and click the plant your seed button. Please phone Rainy at 631
659 3062 and leave a message with your phone number for her to
contact you.
What are the prophecies that speak of the
shift of the AGE?
Many peoples around the Earth have prophecies calling this time
we live in the changing times, the times of purification, the
quickening, among others. There is no substitute for your own
research on this. Be prepared many people become paralyzed by
the prophecy of the end times and go into denial or fear.
Prophecy is not absolute, human action can change outcome.
What
does oneness mean? I want to maintain my identity.
Oneness is used on this site to describe the experience of being
part of the web of life, recognizing that all life is interconnected
and that everything is energetically alive. We are all
connected in spirit however we all have a separate soul experience.
Each unique identity is important to the strength of the whole.
Respecting our diversity is as important as knowing the feeling
of oneness of all living things.
