Pollen ~ Theresa Varela

Pollen
Usually the people I speak to about pollen have duly noted how irritating it can be. Pollen is associated with red noses, swollen and watery eyes and sneezes those go on forever. Pharmaceutical companies depend on high levels of pollen. It’s well known that springtime, in certain geographical areas, brings levels of discomfort that have people staring at shelves stocked with antihistamines. The buyer gazes intently at boxes filled with different colored liquids and tablets and caplets and gel filled capsules-all promising to rid the sufferer of the effects of pollen. The draw to shuffling to the cashier with tissue remnants attached to one’s shoe is a clear head, patent nasal passages and a good night’s sleep without painful nares. (Read more…)

The grass is growing, the universal heart beats stronger ~ Rainy

There is a wave of action by the common everyday people, folks like you and me building across the planet.  Jude Currivan, PhD explains that everything follows wave patterns. Each wave has its beginning, its peak and its diminishment, each wave overlaps with the one before it and the one after it.  Could it be that humanity is experiencing the receding of a great wave of separation, selfishness and greed and the incoming of a wave of reconnection and realization that we can’t survive with out our neighbor and that collectively we form a great universal heart? The Luminous Garden Celebrates First Birthday ~ Rainy

A year with many seeds planted and much joyful gratitiude for all the contributitions.

It is with so much gratitude I share the celebration of The Luminous Garden project’s first birthday with you all.  The idea for the garden came in a flash in spring 2007 and on December 19th 2007 it was launched on to the web. The Garden mission was initially 2 fold; encourage everyone to create, share and empower their vision for a better world and to honor the voices of Native Americans who for centuries have been speaking out about the Earth as a living being and the need to maintain a respectful balanced relationship with her and all life in the cosmos.

Looking back it is easy to see how the project was supported by the universe.  Perry Finkelstein of World Harmony Unlimited and Pro Video Productions readily agreed to use his film and other talents to bring the video messages to you all. Perry then suggested David Greenberg of Success by Designs to actually bring the vision into reality. David along with his creative web building skills is a serious organic gardener. There couldn’t have been a better choice for building the cyber garden than David who balances his time between the computer and nature.  I thank both these men for all their assistance and continued contributions. They have great respect for the natural world and demonstrate how one can honor the Earth and work in the modern technical world.

I feel so certain the Garden is blessed, everyone I approached and explained the mission of the site to, that it would be offered freely for anyone in the world seeking it out, agreed to share what they could with the global community. With deep gratitude I thank them for their contributions and all who have shared their words and music and those too whose contributions are still in the wings soon to be added.  A very heartfelt thank you to; Julia Greene, Mike Bastine, Sonja Greene, Archie Bomberry, Joseph Fire Crow, Danny Beaton, Tom Porter, Edna Gordon, Frank Austin Many Horses and David Greene.

As the Garden began to grow some very special women began to tend it with love and prayers, thank you Virginia, Essence and Kathleen, for all your energies supporting the seed prayers offered by so many.

The year progressed and we added a Global Gardeners blog, where anyone with ideas or messages for a better world can share and comment. We have some regular bloggers now and their contributions are much appreciated. Come and visit and leave your message too. This next year will see the addition of a separate web page for written messages from Indigenous peoples.

It is ever becoming so clear we are multidimensional beings in a multidimensional universe. On one of the garden pages it is suggested as you plant your vision seed in the Luminous Garden, plant it in you heart, direct it to a tree or plant on the Earth and of course turn it over to the Creator. So with this in mind I wish to share with you another layer of the Garden will be added this spring. For every vision and prayer seed planted in the Luminous Garden a tree will be planted some where on our dear Mother Earth.  In the next month or so the details will be completed and posted for you all.

As we create and release our visions for a better world we can assist to bring them into fruition by actions.  Every action however small will impact the whole, so please take time to dream your vision for a better world, plant the seed in your heart, plant it here for others to see as perhaps it will be something someone can take action on.

I am grateful to all of you who visit this Garden, my heart is happy.  I am so thankful for my husband and his support and of course thankful to the Great Mystery Person.

In Oneness and Light, Namaste, Rainy

Reaching in… Reaching out… ~ Kathleen ann

Reaching in….Reaching out…

As we communicate with each other, not just using our own voice, but “listening” to others too. It becomes easier to realize how alike we are as emotional beings…Whaterver our personalities…..Emotions are earths connector…..
A wonderful turning point has been reached. Time has allowed the individual a chance to break free from collective training. If allowed history would continue to make prisoners of us all…Living with a legacy beyond our control….

Morality has joined with a deeper knowledge of understanding, and as such….Those with clear heart reach “IN”..searching for answers…Sometimes struggling with old teachings and new understandings/feelings…In turn this could lead to feelings of isolation/loneliness….A new emotional journey begins now…In reaching  “OUT” for confirmation others may have found similar understandings and a need to connect with those of clear heart….

Not about joining different beliefs/religion. Saying, this or that is right/wrong…History’s lesson has shown we have all been trained too well for that….by searching…”IN” with good heart touching on feelings/emotions with the guidelines
….KINDNESS, COMPASSION, and  RESPECT…………We reach across all barriers. Making it possible in time to create
a safe humane home for us all………Earth………A beautiful gift to us all………………..
Wherever we live, whatever beliefs religious or otherwise, Whatever life style we have..kindness, compassion, and respect is within all our capabilities…Even the smallest kindness grows to greater understanding and feeds the spirit within………….only thoughts………kak…………..

Within a common thread we share a bond. Whatever our beliefs/religion the majority of humanity want a safe peaceful home. With a happiness all our children of the world can share …The minority of extremists  will be covered and lost within the weight of kindness…………To ourselves and others…………….

Love, Peace, and Hope to you all……………..Kathleen ann…………….

My prayer today is for all humanity….. That a way will be found for all clear hearts to reach out..touching all in kindness, compassion and respect..To ourselves and others..new hope…..kak….

Many thanks to Rainy for giving us the chance to share and plant the seeds of hope in such a lovely way………..

What’s your story? ~ Walks Across the Moon and Stars

IT IS, I believe, a time in which it is IMPERATIVE to join together, by supporting the light-shiners around us, in whatever form you can manifest that support. (Thank you, Rainy, this site certainly deserves to be supported and thank you Mashubi Rochell for getting this topic going).

I don’t think it is enough any more to say I am working on myself, to heal my own wounded places. I feel the need to return to the concept of “being my brother’s keeper” where there’s no attempt to define or limit what is named as my “brother”… let it be a tree or an ant or an inner city teen; let it be a woman or man half way round the world who’s culture I don’t understand.

I can support them by supporting the organizations, the people, the energy that works for global peace, that recognizes the right of all beings, not just human beings, to a life on this planet.

I can monitor my own thoughts so that I work to be fully conscious in each moment, moving beyond my fears and refusing to add those fears, energetically, to the pool of mass consciousness. 2012 has become the new bogey- man, a shadow hanging over us, but with enough light the shadows dissolve.

The challenge is issued. Get involved. Right here, right now. Inspire someone with your own “Light ” story. How do you spread the light?

I will begin: I volunteer at a prison for incarcerated young men, mostly inner city youth, ages 16-19. I teach decision making skills for a healthier life, help them set goals and I “listen” to them. I’m not sure which is more helpful-the decision making skills or the open-hearted listening. I know this, I can’t complain about our youth gone wild if I am not willing to bring myself into their lives in a meaningful way.

What’s your story?

Thought Revolution Supports Evolution ~ Rainy

My friend Elisa ended a phone call  today with “Remember stay in JOY, don’t vibrate fear”  We were talking about so much in our 15 minute conversation, from a family member with cancer to the current global finical climate and then the beautiful suggestion: stay in JOY.

Minutes before the call I was considering changes to some wording about watering the Luminous Garden seeds, I wanted to make a point of how we are subtle energy activists, everyone with all our thoughts: how we hold our thoughts, how we put them out to the world (put on the wind is how some people describe it) is the thought revolution we are experiencing right now.  Then ring ring, in comes a call from this “revolutionist”.  Elisa and I don’t talk often so what was cool was the timing of the call and the message she was carrying.

Elisa had called to invite me to a small gathering of people who regularly meet together to discuss – practice concepts from the “Abraham” group.  Here and there I have heard of the Abraham group from friends who have really taken in the teachings but I haven’t yet really learned about it.

We were discussing prayer and how the state of ones mind as they pray impacts the petition. I was telling her when we request something we imply its lack and how some say we therefore reinforce the lack.  Elisa’s response coming from the Abraham teachings was “no matter what you pray for pray with JOY and then it will be OK”. Our conversation slide to another talk I was invited too about the dangers of additives, which is really a serious concern for the whole planet.  I joked about how I would probably return on a distilled water diet.  Her response, “of course we have to be smart about it but we can’t go to extremes”, again she said “what ever you do, do it with JOY and it will be OK”.  Could be so simple we both pondered.

There is so much with this thought revolution~ evolution, simple subtle statements we make, emotions we regularly transmit or harbor even if we don’t express them. Years ago another friend had said, many people watch what they say, some work at keeping their thoughts always on good things but it’s the master that works on keeping his unconscious clean.  At that time I was pretty successful with how I said things and was working on my inner dialogues and the idea of having a quiet clean unconscious was way beyond what I thought possible, especially given my training in human psychology.

Gregg Braden in his book Secrets of the Lost Mode of Prayer describes an experience with a Native American Elder who invited him along when he went to pray for rain. The result: this Elder went to a place out in the desert and stood for a while. Gregg describes some surprise that there wasn’t much action nor any obvious ritual or ceremony. The Elder shared with him, he went out and stood immersed in the feeling of rain falling on him in those very moments, then feeling grateful for being able to participate in the action of creation.  I believe the Elder in his inner world was joyfully experiencing rain and on a sensual level too emitting gratitude for the gift of co creation.  Again, could it be so simple??  I encourage everyone to read this book.

So whether we call it thought evolution or JOY revolution or light movement or some other phrase to describe what some have known for ages and now is being spread to the masses, there is no doubt for me, we as a species are on the cusp, cleaning up our act, to make an evolutionary leap and thought emission is a foundation key.

We are all growing into this holistic more integrated understanding how we live our thoughts and you are invited-encouraged to share experiences and knowledge about this on the garden blog. If you are already on the road of thought activism and have favorite teachings and books I’d love it if you would share them too as I’d like to compile a thorough reference list and place it as a separate page on the blog menu.  For sure we will share more on thought and creating our reality and…..vibrating Joy.

Well its time for me to “meet” Abraham and gather some more pearls. I thank Elisa for her timely call.

Blessings of JOY to you, Namaste, Rainy
