Your sacred space can be thought of like a bubble that encompasses all of your emotions that are in harmony with one another. When we feel stressed, angry or simply devastated then our emotions are out of balance, we are no longer harmonious and we feel out of alignment with our true selves. This can happen due to reading something awful in the newspaper or hearing about the terrible things happening to the economy or losing a loved one as just a few examples.
